Welcome to the Thunderhawks! We are excited to have you join our family. Here's an on-boarding checklist to help you and your children prepare for a great season of running!

1. Please register your child[ren] and complete the waiver forms on-line with the Solano Thunderhawks. Registration is required to participate on the team and must be completed each season. A $25.00 fee applies at time of registration. Please remember your User ID and password, as you'll want this to setup the "Sports Engine" application on your iPhone or Android device (see below). 

2. Please register your child[ren] and pay the monthly fees with the City of Vacaville either in person at the Three Oaks or Ulatis Community Centers, or on-line. Fees are due by the 5th day of each month. Families may pay month to month, or pay in advance for the season. 

3. Please visit our team calendar for a list of scheduled practices, meets and other fun team events.

4. Download the "Sports Engine" application to your iPhone or android device. Once downloaded, search for "Solano Thunderhawks" and enter your User ID and passcode for the registration session. The Sports Engine app will allow you to view the team schedule, receive notifications of cancellations or changes, messaging to the team and photos of the athletes. 

5. Please have child[ren] arrive to practice wearing running shoes and athletic apparel. Please make sure that they are hydrated and have eaten a carbohydrate snack prior to practice. Please also make sure that they have used the bathroom prior to leaving for practice.

6. Visit our Team Store for uniforms and great spirit wear for the whole family. At minimum, athletes MUST have a Thunderhawk jersey and black shorts to compete in USATF and AAU meets.
